1. Introduction

NCP Service is a workforce app used by organizations to manage on-site activities. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and your choices.

If your employer provides your access to the app, they may be the data controller for work content you submit (for example, on-site logs, NFC scans, site/location data). Tri-iQ acts as a service provider/processor to your employer for that data, and as a controller for app telemetry, diagnostics, and account security.

2. Information We Collect

We do not knowingly collect sensitive categories such as health, financial, or biometric data.

3. How We Use Your Information

Legal bases (where applicable): contract (to provide the service), legitimate interests (security and improvement), legal obligations, and consent where required (e.g., push notifications; background location).

4. Device Permissions

5. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your data. We share only:

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures (including encryption in transit) to protect your data. No method is 100% secure; please keep your credentials safe and update the app.

7. Web Content

Parts of the app use embedded web views to load your organization’s secure pages. Those pages are subject to their own terms and privacy notices. Your organization should review those notices for transparency.

8. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain work data for as long as your employer’s account is active or as required by law/contract. App telemetry and logs are kept for a limited period necessary to secure and improve the service.

Deletion: request deletion through your employer (account administrator) or contact us at office@tri-iq.com; we will coordinate with your employer. Where we act as a processor, we delete according to the controller’s instructions.

9. International Transfers

We may process data in the UK, EU, and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses).

10. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object or restrict certain processing. If your employer is the controller, please make requests through them. You can also contact us at office@tri-iq.com and we will assist.

11. Children

The app is intended for professional use and not for children under 13 (or the age required by local law).

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post changes in the app and update the “Effective Date” above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
